Returns & Exchanges.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if opened or used.
• Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

What can be returned unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Timeframe:

Up to 14 days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged products.
Unsealed or Opened.

 

Refund Process:

Instapay or e-wallet.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (200EGP).
