1. Authenticity Guarantee.
- All perfumes sold are 100% original and sourced from authorized distributors or trusted suppliers.
- Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Products & Availability.
- Product images and descriptions are provided for reference.
- Availability may change without notice due to limited stock, especially for niche and rare fragrances.
3. Pricing & Payment.
- All prices are listed in EGP and include VAT.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, credit/debit cards.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently deliver to Cairo and Giza Governments.
- Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 1 to 2 days.
- Shipping fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.
- Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays.
5. Returns & Exchanges.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if opened or used.
- Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
6. Defective or Wrong Items.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 1 day of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or misuse of products.
- Always test on a small area before full use.
